"We employed Studio Mint following a recommendation from a friend to carry out a feasibility study and to provide design options for a ground floor remodeling of our 1950s semi-detached home. Ellie was great in listening to our requirements and then providing us multiple options to consider. Ellie brought us ideas and designs that we could never envisage but were glad that she did as they were exciting and made great use of the spaces available. The options were fully modelled including a shadow analysis as we were concerned that the extension may have a detrimental impact on our neighbour (fortunately not). Studio Mint were on board for stage one and two and although we didn't progress any further we would use them again and would be happy to recommend them to others."
