House in Cullercoats

We were approached by a couple who own a house located in Cullercoats. The house is a typical semi-detached with an existing extension to the side, taking up space which had previously been occupied by the garage. The aim was to extend across the full width of the house to create a new open plan kitchen/living/dining space. 

This project has now received a successful planning decision and is under construction!
