We will work closely with you to understand your vision, needs, and budget, and then apply our expertise in story-telling and placemaking to create homes that are truly personalised. The reality might be that you don't need to extend to create the perfect home and we can help you make small changes with big impacts.

During the consultation we'll go through a series of questions / prompts which will help us to get a really good understanding of exactly what your goals are and what you services you require to achieve them. 

This will then inform a quote for architectural services. We prefer to keep this bespoke to each client as most projects differ so much it's impossible to work out a flat fee. 

We'll also explain a typical project timeline to give you an idea of the key milestones / timeframes to expect. 

Hopefully, you'll also get a bit of a flavour of what we're like as designers so you'll feel comfortable appointing us. We understand it can be a bit of a daunting process, but we hope to make it  as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! This meeting can either be in person at your house or online.
